Elves are the Elder race. They existed when barbaric humans were just discovering fire. Their long lifespan has allowed them to appreciate the world in which they live in and so care for the rivers, trees and animals within their domains. Nowadays, their numbers have dwindled as the relentless attacks from the younger, evil races has worn their population down.
In size, elves are just a little bit shorter than humans but their slimness makes them seem smaller. A male elf weighs quite a bit less than a grown human male of similar height. Their hair tend towards flowing and long, ranging in color from light blue and greens to black to silver.
Elves generally avoid a meaningless fights, but for a cause they believe in, elves will bring an impressive amount of skill in magic and sword to battle.
